Features
Origin and history The festival was first held in 1963 and originated from a group of friends meeting up regularly to eat seafood and drink wine. The event grew in numbers until it reached its current popularity. It celebrates the pillars of the local economy: tourism and fishing, both of which make this cultural festival possible. The main objective then became promoting the shellfish from this coast and, after several years, the coastal town of O Grove became known as a ‘seafood paradise’.- Descripción del entorno: Sea
