Cabo Home
This headland is located in Costa da Vela, peninsula of O Morrazo. It is a great lookout point overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and a place of exceptional beauty. The site is part of the Natura 2000 network and has been declared a Site of Community Importance and a Special Protection Area of Natural Values. It has unique panoramic views over the Ons and Cíes Islands, as well as the infinite ocean.

Features
Native aquatic flora and fauna Yellow-legged gulls, black-headed gulls, great cormorants and shags can all be found on the rocks or the cliffs.Resource description Cabo Home and its surroundings in Cangas offer spectacular views of the sky. The area has several lighthouses, a beach and cliff-lined coasts.
Native terrestrial flora and fauna There is a maritime and Monterey pine forest. The shrub vegetation is a coastal, dry heathland of gorse and heather. Is has a wide range of plant species typical of coastal cliffs and dune vegetation.
