There is a small village in Monte Central, in Illa da Toxa (municipality of O Grove), known as Aldea Grobit, hidden by trees and surrounded by a playground.
Grobits are small beings that live deep under the hot spring waters of the island and come to the surface through the cracks and the village’s well.
When they come up, they like to run around and climb the centuries-old pines of A Toxa until they get tired and go back to their homes, but there is no way of knowing when that may happen.
They never open their doors for anybody, but perhaps visitors will find one of them in this magical place someday.
