A beautiful eclectic town house with French influence designed by Manuel Felipe Quintana in 1901. The mansard roof with several dormers decorated with curved pediments and lateral volutes stands out.
It has an annexe on the ground floor on the Velázquez Moreno Street facade built in 1924, but the rest of the building maintains its original structure.
The highlight of the building is the chamfer that connects the two facades. On the second and third floor it forms a tower-like structure with curved shapes. On the second floor, the stone balcony also stands out and, on the third, there are superimposed columns that bear the weight of the semicircular finishings that support the dome.
The ground floor, nowadays housing the headquarters of a bank, has a succession of segmental arches decorated with a moulding on its upper part.
On the first floor the openings are framed by pilasters and over the lintel we see an entablature that frames the vegetal decoration with an existing human figure
