Cuttlefish from the cove of San Simón is the main feature of this unmissable festival. During the first fortnight of May, fishermen catch this type of fish using traditional practices, such as basket traps. The festival began to be celebrated in the 80s and during the festivities, the most important cooks of the municipality prepare both traditional and innovative cuttlefish dishes for visitors.
