The church of Ventosa was built during the 13th century and it has been preserved almost intact. Inside, we must highlight an extremely curious sepulchre, belonging to the abbot Lope de Ventosa. Also inside the nave are preserved the four pillars of a gorgeous baldachin, something unique in the region and one of the most beautiful of Galicia.
