The purpose of the ANFACO Museum is to preserve the industrial and bibliographic heritage of Spanish canned fish and shellfish, along with dissemination of its history to the public at large. This is shown through the evolution of the business organisation that has run this sector since 1904. The museum is home to a great many objects, such as old tins, documents, machinery, photographs, tracing the journey through the origins and the consolidation of the fish and shellfish canning sector. It is a multidisciplinary area, featuring science, history, advertising and technology, by way of some of the disciplines on show at the ANFACO Museum
