Free-standing church with four facades, occupying a city block by itself, with the goal of obtaining the higher amount of natural light possible. It was designed by the architect Manuel Felipe Quintana and built between 1896 and 1907 by the contractors Cerviño and Senra. It is of Historicist Neo-Gothic style, even though its forms aren’t slender and diaphanous, as usual in the Neo-Gothic style, but has a heavy appearance because of its great solid surfaces. The temple is formed by three naves and no crossing. The central nave is bigger than the ones on the laterals and they are separated by pointed arches. The lateral naves receive the natural light through the pointed bays, while the central nave does it throught trefoils or small rose windows, with three foils inside located over the nave. The chevet has a polygonal apse framed by a rectangle, where the sacristies are located. Three big pointed windows illuminate the apse and cut the wall vertically. At the foot of the church, over the access portal, there is a choir.
