A tiny archipelago loaded with history is located at the end of the ría de Vigo surrounded by a fragile but spectacular environment. There, César Portela designed an integral intervention project that made possible its current use as a cultural centre.   The revalorisation of the islands’ patrimony is remarkable, with an elegant architecture that seeks to create spaces to be enjoyed without stridency and respecting the environment.
