Cangas de Morrazo
In Cangas, located at Calle Real, right in front of the former collegiate church, there is a granite fountain crowned by an equestrian statue of the Apostle Santiago during the Battle of Clavijo, which took place in 844. The eclectic-style fountain, also known as Fonte do Cabalo, had a popular inspiration.
It was built in 1890 by master stonemason Ignacio Cerviño.
