A jewel of the Galician Romanesque architecture of the 12th century. It was part of a monastery founded in 1154 and conceived to house a woman monastic community. This construction has only one nave with three sections, covered by a barrel vault and made of big granite ashlars. The most remarkable elements are the brackets in the apse and the portals with semicircular arches.
