J. Manuel Gallego Jorreto planned a set of buildings for public use and to showcase the town’s marine memory. A new council, several restorations, a social centre and an auditorium. They are buildings open both to the views of the Ría de Arousa landscape and the visitors. All the elements revolve around the idea of community, creating a space shared by tourists and locals, and sharing the memories kept in the old constructions.
