Situated by the sea, this municipal council provides the maritime town of Cangas with a modern facade to the Atlantic Ocean. Architects Alberto Noguerol and Pilar Díez intended to encourage transparency in public administration by adding glass window panes to this elegant stone building. It is protected by a thin roof which seems about to take flight.
