It was built in 1921 thanks to Enrique Mülder Palmer’s promotion. It has a ground floor and three upper floors. It is one of Gómez Román’s most modernist works, although it also has eclectic, Viennese and Belgian influences.   The most outstanding elements are the chamfer, with curved shapes and topped with a dome, and the Montero Ríos facade, in which you can see two more advanced bodies with curved elements and a beautiful balcony on the first floor. On this facade you can also see a large basket handle arch supported by pillars that frames the wide bay of the ground floor.   Regarding the decoration, it always appears subordinated to the architecture or inscribed in geometric shapes. Mostly, you can find it in the false keystones of the bays’ arches and under the balconies.   The greatest novelty, in terms of construction materials, is the use of ceramics on the facades. Especially under the first floor balcony, where you can see mythical creatures framed in blue ovals and circled by garlands, and in the dome covered with small copper-coloured slabs
