San Nomedio is a hill that rises steeply to about 700 metres, gifting visitors with an amazing view of the river valleys of the Termes and the Xuliana, most of As Neves town, and even the north of Portugal and the Cíes Islands if the day is clear.
An astronomical observatory was installed there, as the spot is ideal to look up at the night sky.
