A small section of the C-531 road has been used to create these vantage points from where tourists can enjoy impressive panoramic views over the valley of the Miño river. Opposite the vantage points, on the other side of the Miño river, are the municipalities of Cortegada and Padrenda. The flow of the river at this point is somewhat abnormal because the Frieira dam holds back the water.
