It is relatively small, 12,5 x 6x5 metres, and faces East. It has a rectangular floor plan and no differentiated chancel.   The nave is covered by a wooden roof, but the main altar, accessed through a great semicircular triumphal arch, is covered by a barrel vault. It has a simple main entry with a semicircular arch and a lateral door on the Northern wall, as well as several bays to illuminate the inside of the temple. On the façade, over the door and in addition to a simple bell-gable, we see the relief of a great coat of arms divided in two, with the emblem that recalls the family links of the promoter, in this case, the Ramírez Montejano, who ordered its construction because of his devotion for San Cosme.
