L-shaped building founded in the 17th century. On one of the facades, there is a stairway which gives access to a solana that runs along the opposite side. It is supported by small columns with decorative capitals. Likewise, the columns of the lower floor are decorated with various motifs, forming a structure similar to a soportal (covered exterior gallery). Surrounding the area there is a masonry wall with a main entrance made of ashlars forming a semicircular arch topped by a pediment and a coat of arms on the keystone. The side tower is included in the building, topped with fleurons and gargoyles
