The remains of a single arch stone bridge are located over the Deza river, a few meters away from the A Carixa recreational area. It is probable that it was built during the Middle Ages, more if we take into account its proximity to the Carboeiro monastery.
However, the current arch is an unfinished work by Manuel Sueiro Ramos from 1928. He probably tried to rebuild the previous medieval bridge after a flood destroyed it.
