This coastal trail runs through the southeast of A Illa de Arousa and connects the beach of O Bao to the natural site of O Carreirón. There are a great variety of beaches along the way with different shapes, outlines and slopes, most notably the half-moon beaches. There are also many different ecosystems, marshes and rocky areas of great landscape value. It is an ideal place to enjoy nature, and it also has an outdoor fitness circuit.
