This trail, just over 9 km long, has its starting point at Forno da Tella. It follows part of the old Camino Real, also known as vereda pública (public path), the former main road between the kingdoms of Galicia and Castille.
All along the path, hikers share their silence with the babbling of the Paizás stream, the waters of the Miño River and the thirteen fountains along the route.
