The Gran Hotel building is surrounded by extensive gardens, ideal for strolling. The spa chapel is situated in the middle of the forest, in honour of the Virxe do Carme, patron saint of the waters. Spa customers can enjoy the large pool situated there. There are also gardens open to non-customers, also called the Bosque Gran Hotel.
