It was ordered to be built in 1757 by Lorenzo Correa y Araújo, Mayor of Cuernavaca (Mexico). In 1942 it was acquired by the Council to be converted into the Town Hall. The building has a surface area of 630 m², divided into two floors and a turret. Two shields display the coats of arms of the Correa, Soutomaior and Troncoso de Lira families. Between both of these shields, the Council positioned the village’s coat of arms that existed at the old town hall. Of particular note is the large vestibule, vaulted and reinforced with crossed arches
