19th-century Galician Pazo which was the birthplace of the writer Ramón María del Valle Inclán, of the typical manor house or larger urban property type, comprising two storeys. On the ground floor there is a permanent exhibition on the life and works of the author and original documents and first editions, while the first floor is the accommodation, recreated in the style of a typical home from the 19th century. Following a fire in 1994, it was acquired by the Vilanova de Arousa Council, which turned it into the current museum-home. As well as the exhibition in the house itself, the visit includes the garden, declared the Garden of Camellias
