Centro BTT O Salnés

This centre is located at the golf course in Meis. The O Salnés Mountain Bike Centre offers the choice of 10 routes of various levels of difficulty. The most interesting are the ones around Monte Castrove, which test cyclists' strength and skill, so are ideal for expert mountain bikers. Of the easier routes, the Monte da Escusa circuit, which starts and ends at the golf club, has beautiful panoramic views of the Arousa and Pontevedra estuaries. Other routes include: the Armenteira mills route, which overlaps the famous Ruta da Pedra e da Auga pedestrian trail at several points; the Os Outeiros de Silván route; the Meis Valley circuit; theA Chanca route; the O Monte San Martiño route; the panoramic Monte Castrove route; the Bordóns route, with views of Arousa; and the Campo Ladrón circuit. All these routes add up to a magnificent trip through the most welcoming sites and woods in the O Salnés Valley
