Great pazo located in the parish of Caleiro. It has a large vineyard with its own DO Rías Baixas file. The pazo has been property of the City Council of Vilanova de Arousa and intended for public use since the organism won an auction carried out by the Spanish Tax Agency in 2011. Even though it is believed that it was built in the 18th century, it is not a certain fact, and it has been modified several times. It is also believed that it had a large library and an enormous garden full of orange trees, camellias and other centenary trees.
