This fine golden-sand beach is shaped like a tombolo and surrounded by small isles. It is located in a rural environment next to the beach of Lagoelas and the lookout of Lagos, from where visitors can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the estuary. The waves are moderate but it is a windy area with currents.
